I am sure you have tried many different things by now to improve your health, and I want you to know, it’s not your fault.  I was in the exact same place you are in.  I have helped coach hundreds of people who did not know the things that I am about to share with you during this program.  What you are about to learn in only 4 short weeks literally took me 18 years of research.  It’s hard to believe that you could be seeing results like I saw in less than 30 days, but it really and truly changes your perspective on wellness and what that really means!

This program is not like others because I am not trying to get you to buy anything else.  I am not selling you a magic potion, shakes, or anything of that nature.  I am merely re-training you to do what was inside of you all along.  You are guided through 4 weeks with only one task a day, and a workbook that outlines the reasons behind the tasks for that week.

How I Changed My Life with These 4 Principles

So back in college, I met a boy and I fell in love.  Right when I was happiest, right when I was truly living my dreams, the world tried to pull the rug out from under me.  I began getting really sick.  I was exhausted all the time, and as an honors student, I cared less about getting to class and more about sleep which was unusual.  I was only 22 years old at the time.  As I began to get more lethargic, literally sleeping all day after class, I noticed sign of my urine changing to a dark color…port wine.  My skin was on fire and I was told I had Porphyria Cutanea Tarda.  Basically sunlight, alcohol and hormone pills (birth control) were no-nos.  We will continue to progress to my next diagnosis, Hereditary Hemochromatosis which was why the above PCT came out.  I was genetically different as my body couldn’t metabolism iron, so I have iron overload.  Years later, I would have 2 girls 18 months a part.  And get sick again.  This time it was worse than before.  I was in the worst pain of my life in 2010.  It was said I had developed Hashimoto’s Autoimmune Thyroiditis, and food was attacking my gut.  I was sick all the time and I put on weight.  I continued to go down a rapidly steep hill to the point of putting on 25 pounds on a 5’2 frame and I was seeing a personal trainer.  He couldn’t help me.  I went to the doctors and they did not listen to my theory of food being the culprit in my leaky gut.  Pain continued to get worse…oh and I forgot to mention I did all of this while being a classroom teacher.  When the pain got so bad that I couldn’t move my left arm, and my hips started going out, I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.  The doctor looked at me that day and told me he was sorry.  Due to my other diseases, he really couldn’t help me because he didn’t recommend the prescription drugs…but that was okay, because I wasn’t going to take them anyway.

What happened next was a surprise…

I remember going through months of hell.  I remember sitting on the couch not wanting to move.  I remember pain and brain fog and pondering what would happen if I didn’t try.  <<< not suicide…but depression definitely.  That’s when it struck me…I was almost ready to give up.  I sat there and cried and knew that there was more to life.  That’s when I got mad.  I had faith that something better was coming.  I had faith that I was on the right track with all of my research.  I knew that every time I found a clue, it led me to something else.  Away from the pain.  I was absolutely certain I was right.  I started keeping a food diary.  I journaled what happened to my body after certain foods.  The doctors told me I was fine.  No celiac…but I knew gluten caused me to flare so I kept going and discovered so much about myself.

I made a plan.

I started documenting everything I did to myself.  And it started working.  I started losing weight and the doctor was surprised.  I went to all of the specialists in the book and not one could help me.  I saw a nutritionist, a Naturopath, many chiropractors, you name the type, I saw them.  But my plan, my plan was the only thing that worked.

What is included in the 4 Weeks to Wellness online journey?

In week 1, we discuss things like exercise and movement.  Don’t worry if you are coming from a sedentary lifestyle.  I have 2 options and you get to keep all the materials I created including my pdf on chair yoga moves that you can add to your day.  After I was certified in yoga, I took additional training in yoga for arthritis and pain.  If you have any questions once you have bought the program, please PM me at Vitalize You Wellness FB page.  We also talk about things like why the scale is not really a true and accurate measurement and much much more!

In week 2, we talk about food and nutrition.  You may combine this with the bonus option to pick one specific week you really want guided help with; however, I am certified in sports nutrition as well as using my 18 years of research into invisible diseases to make the workbook for this section really hit home about what items you need to remove from your diet in order to improve your overall health.  Trust me, this step helps everyone I have coached!

In week 3, we dive into stress and balance.  So many “plans” forget how important this is to your health.  We discuss things like breathing, clutter, sleep patterns and more!  You will journal and use my workbooks to guide you into a deeper understanding of how to create the balance your body needs.

Lastly, in weeks 4 and beyond, we discuss self-care.  What does “you-time” look like?  Have you ever learned to journal and if so, do you really reflect deeply and move forward?  What you do changes your energy so I teach you how to come at life from a place of gratitude.  Anything I add beyond this is freebies once you have bought the course!!



What started happening…

As I began to work through the 4 areas of wellness, my life started to change.  I was losing weight within the first few months without even exercising.  I constantly repeated my goals, and kept track of how my body was reacting.  I went from hardly being about to walk, move or have any strength at all, to being able to do things I never thought I was going to be able to do again!

I went from being unmotivated, to motivated.  I went from dreading the day, to owning the day.  And best of all, I learned it was within me all along like I thought.  I would really love to teach you how to harness that motivation through this plan.
